According to our policy on Money In / Money Out (MIMO), withdrawals must be requested up to the initial deposit amount using the same method as the deposit before using any other withdrawal methods.

If the deposit was made using a credit/debit card, the refund should be processed through the same channel up to the initial deposit amount.

Once this step is completed, you can then request withdrawals for any remaining deposit amount using other methods.
