How do I use an expert advisor?
From the MT5 desktop terminal follow the next steps:
- From the top menu, choose “File” -> “Open Data Folder”
- Select “MQL5” folder -> “Experts” folder and add your expert advisor into this folder.
- Restart your platform, your EA will appear in the “Navigator” window, into the “Expert Advisors” list.
- You can either double-click your EA or drag and drop it on a chart to initialize it.
