Verifying your Fx-k profile is an important step in the registration process. In order to comply with financial laws and regulations, we require you to provide certain information and documentation to confirm your identity and residence.

To verify your identity, you will need to submit a Proof of Identity (POI) document that meets the following criteria:

• Clear and readable
• Includes your ID number, full name, and date of birth
• Full name matches the name on your Proof of Residence (POR) document and Fx-k account
• All four corners of the document are visible
• Photographs and signatures are clearly visible
• A valid government-issued document
• The expiry date is at least one month away from the date of verification

Accepted POI documents include:

• International Passport
• National Identity Card/Document
• Driver’s License
• Permanent Residence Card

To verify your residence, you will need to submit a Proof of Residence (POR) document that meets the following criteria:

• Clear and readable
• Full name matches the name on your POI document and Fx-k account
• Issued within the last 6 months
• Contains your full name and residential address (PO Boxes are not accepted)
• All four corners of the document are visible
• Issued by a valid, independent, and reliable source

Accepted POR documents include:

• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet, landline telephone)
• Recent bank statement
• Local tax bill
• Reference letter from your bank (located within your country of residence)

Once we have received and reviewed your documents, we will verify your account within 24 hours and send you a notification email. You will then be able to deposit and trade on the platform.
