How do I withdraw funds?
To withdraw funds from your account, log in to your member portal and select the ‘Withdraw’ option from the menu. We process withdrawals and refunds by returning the funds to the original deposit source, in accordance with our MIMO (Money-In-Money-Out) Policy for security reasons. Here is a breakdown of the process:
- For credit/debit card withdrawals, we will process any request submitted through this option, up to the original deposit amount.
- For e-wallet and crypto wallet withdrawals, we will process these after all credit/debit card deposits have been refunded.
- We refund via bank wire transfers the capital gains after the full refund of the original deposit amount of the above methods.
Please note that we review all withdrawal requests within 24 business hours and will appear as pending withdrawals in your member area. If you choose an incorrect withdrawal method, we will still process the request according to the MIMO policy.
Additionally, we make all withdrawals in the same currency as the original deposit. In case of different currencies, we will convert the amount using the exchange rate of the transaction method.
