If the expert advisor is not working after the upload, check first if algorithmic trading is allowed in your MT5 platform by going to “Tools” -> “Options” -> “Experts Advisors” tab -> flag the “Allow algorithmic trading” option.

Make sure the “Algo Trading” button on the main toolbar is enabled: it has to display a green triangle icon.

If the EA is activated correctly, a smiley face should appear in the top right-hand corner of your chart. Please check the log files in the “Experts” tab of the Toolbox window for errors if the problem persists. For further assistance, contact the support team.
